Sherrie A. Munson, Associate Attorney

Sherrie provides our clients with her combined focus of excellent legal representation integrated with healing and empowerment. Not only does she bring this through her personal mission, but also through the education and experiences she received from her graduate school and law school. Because the practice of family law crosses over into all aspects of law, including not only financial and business matters, but also the emotional aspects of custody and changing relationships, she is able to utilize her background to work with our clients.

She brings to her years of practicing family law, the combination of her education, her 12 plus years of training health care workers on identifying domestic violence, advocating on behalf of people experiencing domestic violence, and working as a Program Director for an emergency shelter for youth within the Department of Children and Family Services system. The totality of which provides her with the ability to understand both the legal and emotional components of family law.

Sherrie previously worked as an associate attorney with large firms in Orange County California, representing clients with complex, high asset and net worth dissolutions, and child custody matters. Sherrie is a great asset for our team, through her ability to work with opposing counsel, while advocating to get the best results for our clients. Her belief in providing legal guidance, advocacy and direction is combined with providing the support necessary for clients to achieve positive healing during this difficult process.

Sherrie has a combined family of five adult children and three grandchildren. Outside of practicing law, her love for her family and three dogs, brings her joy each day.
